物料由加料系统均匀的送入粉碎室受到高速旋转的粉碎盘的强烈冲击,同时受到离心力的作用,与粉碎齿圈发生碰撞,受到剪切、摩擦、碰撞等多种综合力的作用,使物料粉碎,被粉碎的物料随气流运动到分级区,通过变频调节的分级轮,对粗细物料进行分离,符合细度要求的产品随气流进入旋风收集器和除尘器收集,粗物料返回分级区二次粉碎。
